Search TipsI see many people who go to the trouble of having their car appraised/inspected AFTER they've signed on the dotted line. The time to do that is BEFORE you buy the car. Once you've signed on the dotted line, you own the problems.
I have a feeling that you'll be dissapointed if you actually do spend the money to file a lawsuit (assuming you can find a lawyer who would cooperate). The contract you signed when you bought the car is going to be virtually impossible to beat.

Drive Financial is a lending institution that provides loans to dealerships in order to get customers financed.
Drivetime - AKA DT Credit Corp is a buy here / pay here dealership company that finances it's own loans.

You are going after the wrong party. Drive did not sell u the car they financed it for you. The DEALER is responsible but ultimately you are for verifying their information as correct.
