I have been dealing with this company kniow as Drive Financial over time they harrass their customers lire to you about your payments and bill you a month ahead so that it shows that you not current with your payments. The car that I drive can not be refinanced due to it upside down by more than $7,000.00 would of have never known this until I went to my current bank trying to have it done. Upon contacting them they told me that is not correct. They do not knnow where my bank got the information but it states the price of the vehicle in my contract. That my husband just read and it has so many clause in it to its pathetic. On a separate occassion I contacted the just recently to ask for a deferment one represenative said they do not do deferments, but I spoke to a suppose to be Supervisor that told me that irt could be done. Then after they had me to make a partial payment over two weeks ago it's still pending. So I don' tknow which way to go they tell me I must call back everyday in order to find out if it was processed. Today I call and its the third week and it's still under review. When they say it only takes 3-5 business days to process. I do not understand why is this taking so long. But still in the fact they are calling me daily asking when can I makle a payment. how dump can this be when I have been calling them for three weeks they are also calling me. Nobody knows what the other put ins the computer they alsosaythat they can't read previous notes when you speak to someone or they can not see the name of the person that you spoke to . So make sure when you speak to someone here you get the identification number along with their name
