Last month I mailed my car payment. Drive (dba Santader) claims they never received it. Lies. The money order company said they cashed it. I sent another one. I want to see if they will lie about not getting that one. They also have not mailed me any payment statements. This holding of my payments has happened for five months. I believe it is so they could get late fees. I feel this has been done with other payments I mailed. I complained numermous times and they decided to post the payment to my account. I called about five months ago asking about my balance and was told I had three payments left. Only to find out they added another payment. I have written the Attorney General in the State Of Texas where this company is located. They have neither responded or assisted. I am going to join in the class action lawsuit against this company. I wondering if more people have there hands in this corrupt company then we realize. It seems like they have been able to violate every law in the books. They went into my bank account and took money I never authorized. This was illegal. First they claimed no payment was received. Then almost a month later they illegally debited my bank account. We need to expose this company. I have requested the copy of my order and will be faxing them a copy. Keep a list of names, dates, and all information sent to this corrupt company. Donot send checks, send money orders insured, wire your payments thru moneygram or western union. When I made my first payment I sent two payments. Guess what the representative never scheduled the payments to be deducted. Then they started calling me claiming I was late. They will call you day, night, weekends, anytime. They will talk to you like you are a moron. Do not be intimidated. This company can be stopped. There is strength in numbers. This company has a mob mentality.
