Drive Financial Services Give Me Advise Please! ripoff Dallas Texas

I have made 23 payments of $394 on a loan of $14,000. As of today, June 6 2007 I owe $11,862?

I got behind and was given a deferment. During the time when I was late I accumulated a ridiculous amount of fees which defined differently every time I talked with some one at Drive. I was told to just make my payment on time or before. And that the fees will go to the end of the loan. I've been caught up for a several months now. In May I paid my note ONE day early. June 4 I get a statement in saying that May payment was never paid? I called and they said since I paid a day early their "computer" applies it to my fees thus the May payment not being applied to where I intended it to go. They never notified me of this.

I called and they just made me want to jump through the phone and choke them.

I put a lot of effort in to catching up because my wife and I were expecting a baby and did not want the burden. I catch up and was doing good and THOUGHT I was doing a good thing by paying early but they just ended up screwing me again. Now I have my interest being piled from the day I paid my payment until the present. They are a bunch of pieces of sh** and if I could piss in everyone of these a-holes coffee I would not think twice about doing it.
