Yes commenting to and early post I would like to be included in your lawsuit against drive finincial because the have harassed me on my cell phone my home phone and at my job. I am only one month behind on my payment and i have tried to work something out with them, but they talk mean and hateful and they have told me that they will pick my car up. This is a horrible place i have had some hard times with my job and my health and i have tried to explain this to them but they will not listen. This has stressed me out so much that i have had to seek counsling from my job.

What I don't get is the number of people who come here to COMPLAIN after they have already have a business relationship with a bad company - BUT NEVER BOTHER TO LOOK HERE BEFORE THEY LEAP!
So many reports could have been avoided if they would DO THE RESEARCH FIRST!
but no - thats too much trouble - its far easier to get ripped off and complain then it is to AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF in the first place!

You dont get it.......they ARE working with you or they wouldnt have given you the loan to begin with...and would have repo'd the car when you first got behind in payments.
They dont care and Im not so sure they should, WHY you're behind....they just want the money YOU PROMISED to repay, when and how you agreed to. IF they defaulted against YOU like you have against them.....you'd be screaming from the roof tops.
I do NOT work for them...never have never will. No, Im not rich...and I do understand that sh*t happens. But stop screaming rip off when it's you ripping them
