Drive Financial/Santander USA Santander Consumer USA Made extra payments and they took my money. I want to sue them too!!!! dallas, Texas

I got my car in 2004 and I have been making extra payments. I kept calling and asking where did my money go and they couldn't tell me. I have missing extra payments that I know I made. I sent the payoff check cause I wanted to get this over and now it's been a month since I mailed it off and they just now cashed it and of course now they want more money and that's not fair!!! Not only this I changed banks and told them I did and my account was on automatic draft and they didn't take the money out. Of course I got blamed and charged extra interest and a late fee. When I called them they were rude and nasty. I was never late and this is how I get treated. I made the payment over the phone. So I only owed 1 payment for the new month.

I even I had the fax, I sent them about the new acct. and showed that it was their error and not mine but still it didn't matter. They never waived the extra interest. To make matters even worse, they withdrew an extra payment out my bank account and caused my account to be overdrawn. All they would do is refund my payment but not the fees that was caused by them taking 2 payments in 1 month! Then they put extra interest in my account for the payment that they had to refund! I hate that I ever used them. The whole time I have been paying on my account, they never reported the balance correctly to the credit bureaus. So I with everyone else They are nothing but a big rip off!!!!!!  Even when they switched their billing systems I got charged extra interest because they had to send the payment then put it back and then took the payment again and of course I got penalized. I want to sue too!!!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone after what they have done to me!
