Contracts are WRITTEN so there's no mis-understanding of terms. They do NOT need to explain it to you,
If they did, you would then claim they lied to you...right?
"They over charged me for a 2004 car I am paying for the one car three times."
They didn't "overcharge" you, you AGREED to pay that amount,
"The intrest rate is just crazy."
Of course it is, you've demonstrated a history of deadbeat behavior and that's why you're with this deadbeat lender. Their only interest is in getting YOU to pay according to the agreement YOU signed.
Where's the Ripoff?
"I would not advise anyone to buy from them unless you just have money to give away"
You, and your deadbeat brothers, don't get to choose, these lenders are assigned to your sorry butts.
Finally, YOU are the person with eyes and a brain. Its UP TO YOU to read and UNDERSTAND what you are signing BEFORE you sign it. If you don't understand what you are signing then you have somebody review the contract and explain it to you. That "somebody" is a person of YOUR CHOICE and not the salesman because the salesman's interests may not be your own. Now then, the possibility exists you won't like what I've just said to you and I've hit the nail directly on the head. So before you say it, I don't work for them...never have, never will.
