This company is nothing but a rip off. They prey on people with less than perfect credit and get tem to sign contracts without explaining fully the terms. They over charged me for a 2004 car I am paying for the one car three times. The intrest rate is just crazy I would not advise anyone to buy from them unless you just have money to give away. They do not care about the coustmers and rude services

#1 Consumer Suggestion

First, you should read any contract BEFORE you sign it....

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

"They prey on people with less than perfect credit and get tem to sign contracts without explaining fully the terms"

Contracts are WRITTEN so there's no mis-understanding of terms.  They do NOT need to explain it to you,

If they did, you would then claim they lied to you...right?

"They over charged me for a 2004 car I am paying for the one car three times."

They didn't "overcharge" you, you AGREED to pay that amount,

"The intrest rate is just crazy."

Of course it is, you've demonstrated a history of deadbeat behavior and that's why you're with this deadbeat lender.  Their only interest is in getting YOU to pay according to the agreement YOU signed.

Where's the Ripoff?

"I would not advise anyone to buy from them unless you just have money to give away"

You, and your deadbeat brothers, don't get to choose, these lenders are assigned to your sorry butts.

#2 Consumer Comment

Cause and Effect

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

YOU destroyed your credit prior to this car deal.  How?  By not paying your bills on time.  The risks of dealing with people who have a demonstrated track record of this are large.  Therefore the interest rates are higher because so many people continue in their SUBPRIME ways.  You do not qualify nor are you "entitled" to low APR financing because of your reputation.  Its just a matter of cause and effect.  Of course, if you would have read your contract before signing it, then at that exact second you could have decided the APR was too high for you and you could have declined the deal.

Finally, YOU are the person with eyes and a brain.  Its UP TO YOU to read and UNDERSTAND what you are signing BEFORE you sign it.  If you don't understand what you are signing then you have somebody review the contract and explain it to you.  That "somebody" is a person of YOUR CHOICE and not the salesman because the salesman's interests may not be your own.  Now then, the possibility exists you won't like what I've just said to you and I've hit the nail directly on the head.  So before you say it, I don't work for them...never have, never will.
