Our son car broken down in the middle of the night in front of their shop so we just pushed it there and went early in the morning to see if we could have it inspected and get an estimate to make the repair. Darrell (manager) was very helpful at first until he told us it would cost us over $1,500.00 just to replace the bearing on the car. We told him we could not repair the car at that time then. We paid for the inspection of $95.00 and told him we would get a trailer and tow the car off the lot which Darrell okay. On our way back to Driver's Auto Repair Darell call us saying h would not allow a trailer on the property he was calling a tow truck to come pick up he car and towed away.
We asked him what happened to the ok, that's when the rudeness and unprofessional part of Darrell came out. He was upset we did not want to use their service as it was too high so his way of getting back was to tow our vehicle when we left the premises. This place is horrible. They force their employees to work a 12 hour shift with out breaks or lunch. Do not go there.
