Driver's Insurance Company - (BAJA) Mr. Michael Esposito Poor Claim Service Duluth, Georgia

When it come to customer service Driver's Insurance Company - (BAJA) is the worst.  I have been trying to get a claim settle from a medical lost from this company.  I has hit from behind by one of their insure I was sent paper work to fill out in August I filled them out and faxed them to Mr. Esposito.  I later call him to follow up on my claim and was told that he never received them the papers were sent 9-6-12 so in turn I faxed the papers to Mr. Esposito again on 11-28-12 a couple hours later I was told by Mr. Esposito that he received the fax and that he would pull my medical report. 

 I have tried to get in touch with Mr. Esposito with no luck.  I have also mailed the paper to Mr. Esposito and gave him all of my phone number to contact me. I have called and have not been able to talk to him and have not been able to leave a message on his phone because it was full. This is the worst service that I have had an insurance company.  To this day I don't know where my claim stands I have been put in to collections for my medical bill.  I do not recommend this adjuster to anyone he will not return calls and also don't do a good on handling claims.
