I purchased a policy though my dealer for a used car. A few months back I got rid off the used car and the salesman who sold me my new vehicle explained that I was enititled to a refund being that my warranty was still in effect.

I contacted Driverz Edge in Sep. '13 and i was told that I was indeed eligible for a refund. I completed the appropriate documentation, sent eveything in and i was told it would take 4 weeks to process. I called back 5 weeks later to be told I was given the wrong info and the process actually takes 6-8 weeks. I called when 4 weeks later which was now a total of 9 weeks and I was told that a manager needed to approve my check to be cut. I called back two days later to be told that my check was cut and would be sent out that Friday with the "batch" of checks.

Five business ays later i still had not reeived my check so I called back and I was told my check was never sent out that it would be cut and sent out that night. The rep I spoke to said he had the check in his hand and that he guarenteed me it would sent out that night. Yea right!

We are now in the middle of November and I still have not receive a check. A few days ago i called back and the call was forwarded to some company called Assurant. A rep at Assurant told me that they were to new "administrators" of the warranty and they would deal with my cancellation. I faxed over all the documents for a second time to only be told 2 days later that unfortunately I was given the wrong info and Assurant was not to "administrators" on the acct. I was given a 702 number to call and when I did, i got Driverz Edge again. Weird I know!

Basically we're now heading towards the end of Novermber, about 15 weeks later and still no check. Hopefully this report can help expedite the process.

P.S. The customer service rep named "Ricky" refused to give me an email address to a supervisor and said he reported directly to the CEO and the CEO isn't bothered with small issues like this.
