Drivetime st louis Headgasket blown warranty companie does not want to pay for repairs st louis Missouri

I purschased a 2007 grand prix from drivetime in sept of 2013, sept 27th two weeks after having the car, i had to get it towed as the car overheated. Took the vehicle to MIdas one of there autjorized dealers to repair vehicle, and the water pump and the cooling elbows were replaced. Had no issues with the car up until now, samething car overheatting. My car has been in the repair shop since Mon the 14 of july 2014...Well Averex sent out a inspector friday the 18 of july 2014 and he denied the claim stating that the cooling elbows were faulting and the warranty does not cover those hoses....well the warranty in the cooling hoses expred when i went over 12000 miles on vehicle....they will only opay for three day rental on rental car today is the 4th day i had rental so i have to pay out of pocket for this on my own. Midas wants 189.44 to get the car back, but still has blown head gasket with brand new cooling elbows....so im a sitting duck playing this back and forth game with drivetime and averex the warranty company....going to belmann gmc to get me a car......alica st louis mo
