Gregg Drobac is a slum lord who rents rooms to residents in West Allis WI. This building is in contant need of repair and is well know as a place where drugs are sold and used. over 8 people have lost thier lives in the past 18 months, some to overdose. The manager is a registered sex offender and know marijuana user and dealer. Its been stated by many that Greg Drobac supplies the drugs that are commonly sold at the buildings he manages.
2 years ago a resident with a key to the main cable box would for a price active cable. The manager was one of the residents who pirated the cable. The manager cheats tenants out of money.
Cameras were installed only by the front were rent and cash is exchanged for rent. In back where the illegal activities are being perptrated no cameras are present.
Local police make regular stops and arrests.
This rooming house should be taken from the currant owners and the building put up for auction.
