We subscribed to Drop Ship Design in April. Upon using the website, it is slow, and most items are priced way too high, to which we have to go in and physically price everything individually, which takes SOOOOO much time because the website is SOOOOOO slow.
Upon using the "ticketing system" we get short & rude replies, most of them ending in just three dots like this...No courteous words or thank you's.
Upon creating another ticket to complain about how they repsond, we received this remark; "Wow... You are very sensitive... We will put a note in your account...."
See? the nice 3 dots at the end...
Then, upon asking the "live help" what we can do, they say to create another ticket and reference the previous ticket number.
So, we create another ticket. We refer to the ticket number with the nasy remarks. They do come back & say that "this will not happen again"
THEN, the ticket number that we origianlly reported has another nasty note on it stating "No more time to waste with this... "
SO, although they said that we would be treated in a more courteous manner, we have not been.
THEN, ironicallly, the day that we complained about our treatment, we stopped getting visitors on our visitor counter on our store. We had been getting at least 1 hit per day, but now for the last week, it still stay's the same. It is like they put our website in space & no one is able to view it.
So, we purchased the live phone help. They make it look all fancy & give you a number to have handy when you call & everything. But, when you call, no matter which option you use, you get a voicemail. And guess what??? You never get a response back. So, another $90.00 bucks down the tube.
So, basically, this company, although they do build a website, and are Ecommerce and all that, they do not provide the services that they promise. They do not have the help that they claim you get, they do not respond appropriately, they charge and arm & a leg to be able to upgrade & then when you do pay for the upgrades, you get nothinng for that money as they say that you do.
We have ordered a few things from there, just to see how it works, and granted, we did recieve the items in a pretty fast time frame, but shipping is extensive, there is really no incentive for customers to buy from you when there are many other places to get it cheaper.
Items are in different catagories & so each item you buy, you get a shipping charge for each item, because it ships from different warehouses. So your only hope to have control in the shipping charges is to list on eaby, charge more & give an illusion that they are getting a better deal by charging a very low shipping fee or a free shipping charge. But honest people like us just can't do that.
So, basically, this company is fraudulent. They are commiting extortion and theft by not doing what they promise.
The story could be alot longer, but this is the jist of it. We are really upset & now realize that we should have investigated deeper. We are new to this whole online thing and just rookies in the business. So, now we can be classified as having to learn the hard way...right?
