I have been a member for two years now. i have made nothing for the past two years. I swear! not even the cost of my hosting. I was hoping after a few years my business will be stablished and starts to make some profit. As soon as they know you start to make above $50 a month they want a piece of it! I renewed my annual account 6 month ago for one more year but now i receive a message that the business model has changed and they want to charge monthly fee. They did not honor the one year contract i had with them and canceled my account.

after paying money for two years and not having any profit they tell me I have to pay monthly fee now! while they are still selling yearly packages on dropshipdesin.com. this is just scam and unacceptable. it is a trap! here is a messag. How can i get some legal advice?
i got this message from them:

"TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ACCOUNTS

Our business model has changed to a monthly fee model. In order to maintain your account, you will have to accept the changes in our terms and conditions below.

In order to use our dropship services, you must agree to pay a non refundable monthly fee of $29.99.Your credit card will be charged every month from the day you have signed up. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime by clicking on the cancellation link located in the home page of the control panel.

You are not obligated to any contracted period and you may cancel at any time without a refund of your initial membership fee.

The $29.99 monthly fee is required to support our backend costs and to prevent sales of our products to the general public and, therefore, will not create unfair competition for our members.

Cancellation of the membership must be done from the cancellation page provided through your membership control panel."

If you do not accept the changes in our terms and conditions, then simply do nothing and your account will automatically expire on APRIL 14, 2009 without any charges.

Please review and update your billing information below and click on the RENEW MY ACCOUNT button. You will be charged a monthly fee of $29.99 starting from today and on the 27th day of each month after that.

This is truly scam. Please spend your time in something better. Create something, learn a technic, art or something. If you are reading this post that means you have no value to the society! i am sorry but i had to say it. I am like you. We are all are pests who is trying to make some money off somebody elses sholder. Dropshipdesign is no different.

You are hearing this from someone who has wasted wo years of his life in this.

I was a member of Shopster.com for 1 year and canceled it. Was a member of Doba canceled it after one week. was a member of megagoods.com canceled it after 6 month.

Undisclosed fees and inflated shipping costs

Upon signing up for a plan through DropShipDesign.com, nowhere in their terms did it state that they charge a fee in additional to the item itself or the inflated shipping fees charged on each item.

After signing up and seeing these undisclosed costs, I cancelled and requested a refund less than 24 hours after signing up.

Their terms do state that there is a non-refundable set up fee of $29.99. Without disclosing these per item fees and high shipping costs, this is very deceptive. A full refund should be issued.

Use PayPal to shut Dropshipdesign down

If you report the exact way Dropship design is ripping off both the people who are purchasing the web stores and also the way the poeple who are purchasing products that never get delivered to paypal then paypal with enough complaints will shut their ability to collect money down

 

Remember 1st they advertise not monthly fees, then after you get hooked they then tell you you must pay a monthly fee fo $29.99( saying that they changed their terms and conditions) just because they write it down does not make it legal) they are misrepresenting the combo plan. they planed all along to charge the monthly fee, but waite till they get your $199.00 for the combo and a few months later hit you with the monthly fee or threaten to shut you down.

 

Also they require you to use your own paypal account to collect the money from your customers( if by chance you are able to make a sale ) then in many cases the customer who made the purchase doen't get the product either because it was out of stock or they just didn't send it.( sometimes they send it weks or months later) the customer files a complaint with paypal against the vendo not dropshipdesign, so paypal doesn't even know dropshdesign is doing the nasty deeds.paypal thinks the vendor is the culprit. ( especialy if you have your items posted on ebay then you get it from both ebay and paypal about how your not reputable because products were not deliver, came in disrepair, not as described ect.

 

once you start telling paypal whats going on in detail they will start looikng very closely into dropshipdesign and shut them down. bgive as much details as you can, give customers names, transaction numbers if you have them ect. also provide paypal with the other names this company works under)

 

keep blogging,useing as many forums as you can,  gather names of others who have the same complaints and advise them to contact paypal also.

I did this with another company and within 3 months paypal shut them down, then they started to use (((Redacted))) and we did the same thing and they also shut them down. the big shot company who thought one person couldn,t do a thing ended up getting the company clsed down for good. one person can make a difference as long as they keep up the work, tell only the truth( no fabrications, or exagerations) because once your labled a liar then your stuck with it's just an unhappy customer
