I filled out the form for a medication and a few days later I received a CD with information on doctors office locations.
Two days ago I got a phone call where they said the routing number I gave them was wrong. They read it back to me and it was one number off.
When they requested the correct one I got suspicious because any other company knows immediately if anything is wrong with your account information. I told them I didn't have my check book and couldn't tell them.
They never called back. Instead I got a letter from Access Capitol Credit which they state is a debt collector.
I tried to contact drugstores-online via their e-mail address, dsolone@sbcglobal.net , and it wouldn't go through. There is no phone number to call.
I went on-line to see if there were any complaints about them (that's where I found ripoffreport.com). Somebody else reported, word for word, what I reported here i.e. call back saying one digit off on account info., receiving letter from debt collector.

POSTED: Thursday, January 29, 2009Also, Access Capitol Credit, the debt collection company is the party that called me and said my routing no. was wrong so they're in on this from the beginning.
Once I heard there were complaints about this company, I changed my mind as I've been ripped off before by on-line companies.
