SITEC Cheif Operating Officer and Cheif Strategy Officer, Duane Shugars  tortured me and ran MK ULTRA on me at the bar North Beach in Dewey Beach back in 2007 with programming to drive me insane for the last 5 years (2007-2012). His former organizations were PLARS, and Concentia Digital where he held high positions as well. I believe he, his friends and his roomates engaged in pagan or neo-pagan practices with the intention to do harm and hoped to temporarily or even worse, permanently ruin some of the neurological functioning of my brain. People should be aware that he did try to do espionage and that he harrassed me with his roomates in 07 while he and his friends were intoxicated.
