I purchased a new Dutch manufactured sectional home. I had plumbing leaks from a screw drilled into plumbing in the floor. The home was set on a plumbing line that was concealed by the heavy plastic vapor panel. The multiple leaks flooded the vapor panel that runs under the home. I had up to18 inches of water that destroyed everything in the floor and created lots of mold. I have bad leaks in the ductwork and trim falling from everywhere. I have roof leaks the list could go on. I have been fighting this for years with no help in sight.
It is my opinion that Dutch Housing Inc of Indiana is the worst company in America.
The only thing worse than the product, is the service department of Dutch housing of Indiana.
