i purchased an a complete box set of a tv serries, paid by credit card right away. after a couple of days (as i paid over the weekend) i had still not recieved anything to say payment went through apart from on my credit card statment. so i sent an email asking for confirmation along with tracking no. which i had no reply too, i had sent several emails and still had no reply, until i saw their live chat where you ask questions. i was then givin a tracking number, but no link to it, there where no operators available then (time difference between australia and USA, i thought) so i sent an email, and got a reply with a link to posting company so i could type in my tracking number. which came up that there was no record of the tracking number. so i went back online to live chat and i was told they may not have updated there site, so i waited, several days later still hadnt been done, so i emailed postage company where i was told they have not had anything under that tracking number again, when i went back to live chat, a person Kristy appologised for the inconvenience and said that the matter would be passed onto management, and that it may be 24 to 48 hours for a reply, three days later nothing and i am still waiting.
surely something must be done about this, if there had only been one or two reports of scam far enough as people list things as scams, when thats not really the case but i am now reading so many stories, something must be done.
there is a law to stop people from doing wrong things, if nothing gets done then people will start taking matters into there own hands
