Tried tracking my order but the message showed the package was delivered to Manchester, NH which is nowhere near Connecticut. On Dec 23 I sent another email asking about my order. On Dec 29 a reply email from company said there must have been an error in their database and asked for reconfirmation of my shipping address so they could ship a replacement order. I reconfirmed my address by return email.
On Jan 7 I followed up again asking about my order. Next day reply stated thay my order has been refunded and I would see a credit on my card in 4-7 business days. I followed up again on Jan 24. The response on Jan 25 was that there were a lot of issues with their supplier and a lot of orders had been refunded which caused a backlog. Once again the company stated that my order had been refunded and would show up on my card by week's end.
I have received no response to two additional emails sent on Feb 19 and 23. Today I found ripoffreport.com and see that many others have been scammed by this company. I hope we can get some satisfaction.
