Ordered Newhart boxed set in late August and still haven't received the item. They stalled me by giving me a Canada Post tracking number which actually appeared on Canada Post's tracking system, but CP told me that the package was never actually given to them. After repeated e-mails, dvdcollections replied saying they could re-send the dvds, or I could get a refund. It was a lose-lose situation. If I asked them to re-send , I still wouldn't have got them and there is no way that I could expect them to honor a refund. I've registered a complaint with VISA and they are looking into it. To all those trying to contact these people by phone or mail, forget it. Janice Beekman of dvdcollections (Humble, Texas) has previously submitted a rebuttal to earlier complaints, which looked genuine and well written, but you won't find a listing for any Beekman, Janice or otherwise.

Also, you won't find a listing for TV DVDMEDIA in The Queensway, Toronto (provided by their "Jeff Jacob" to another complainant). I think the fact that they won't accept courier deliveries indicates that it is probably an empty office with no name. To all those customers who actually received something, at least you've got a nice set of beermats.
