    I saw a ad for Midwest recycling on Craigslist. I called to inquire about a transmission for my 1997 dodge ram. Mr Ronczkowski answered the phone, and he stated that he had one in stock he could have delivered to me the next day for $475 that included delivery, and a 60 day replacement garinte. I said ok. The transmission was delivered to my house at 11:30 the next day. I gave the delivery man the $475, and he left.

   Then I inspected the transmission I was a 1999 not a 1997 the electrical plugs were broke of, and not right. The 1 coolant lne was broke off inside the housing of the transmission the transfer case did not match.

   I called Mr. Ronczkowski within 20 minutes of the delivery and told him that it was the wrong transmission. He said he was sorry and he would find me a nother one. this all took place on friday the 16 and saturday the 17 of August.

   On Monday the 19 I called him several times till Dwayne E. Ronczkowski answered the phone. He told me he was looking for the transmission. he wouldget things straightened out for me and to call him the next day.

   I called him the next day Dwayne told me he had the transmission and he would have it to me by Friday, but keep in touch.

   I called Dwayne on Wensday he said the same thing.

   Then I took Friday the 23 of August off of work to work to install the transmission in my truck. I called him that morning. Dwayne told me that he was looking over the transmission and he would have it delivered on saturday the 24. So I called him at 8:00 on Saturday Dwayne told me it was on the truck and I was the 5th delivery that day so it might be a while. I then called him back at 11:30 he told me the same thing it will be a while. I called him back at at 3:00 and got the same comment.

  That is the last time I have heard from that crook.

   I am a father of two, working 50 to 65 hours a week just to make ends meet. I can't aford a set back like this. the truck is my only form of transportation.
