Avoid this company at all cost they have no contact information at all and they sell a product full of bugs. They have a forum DEDICATED to the bugs in ALL of their software!! Just ask yourself Do I want to buy a script full of bugs and other "requirements" only to be left with a non-working script and no one to contact only a bug forum? I have contacted Paypal, The Toronto Police, MasterCard, The Canadian Mounted Police and a Canadian civil claims attorney. We have suffered considerable damages to our business and reputation due to the web address being redirected to FiverrScript website accusing us of fraud!!! I have found others who are victims as well and if enough people complain to paypal they will freeze that account. I will keep you all posted as the battles continue.

  And to you, "scriptolution", learn proper customer service and also use spell check. That alone makes Dynadot look bad. To blame the customer for not installing something correctly when he probably did and something went wrong, and failing to support the customer even if it *was* PEBKAC (user error) is making me wonder if this company is legitimate ... A representative of a company should never call a customer a liar, or refuse to offer help even in failure to precisely follow instructions. And your abuse@dynadot.com email doesn't work. I sent an email regarding a different situation and it bounced. To the OP: I'd say ditch Dynadot. I use another company for my website (not saying on reason of possible spam or advertising) and it's giving me no problems;

You had that problem because you skipped step #1 of the installation instructions. We are not responisble for you skipping the first step in the installation instructions. The instructins are there for a reason, you have to follow them to properly install the script. You of course know this yet post lies.
