They say the one time payment is the fee for the life of the card and that the card will be couriered to your house. They make a recording when they ask you the bank account and for your authority to withdraw the funds by a phone check. When you try to call to find out where the card is, the phone just rings and rings. There is no website to complain to either. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. The amount was $286.
