Dynamic Credit Services Threatening Abusive Las Vegas New Mexico

I received a call from this company last night. The woman said the credit card I requested had been approved. I said I did not request a credit card, and hung up. (I have no patience with telephone solicitors) The woman called right back, called me "ignorant" for hanging up on her and told me that I requested a card, and that if I didn't activate the card, I would be liable for a penalty of $189 plus interest. We exchanged words, then I asked speak to her supervisor, Kim Lane.

Ms Lane was equally abusive, and kept threatening me. She read my name and address, and when I told her that was not my address, she kept repeating,"If you're lying about this..." and threatening me with further penalties that I would owe them.

Not once did she suggest that maybe there had been a mistake,or that maybe someone besides me had filled the application.

I recently declared bankruptcy following a divorce, and have not(and will not) apply for any credit cards.I'm not sure what I did to deserve people calling my home and threatening me, but I suspect there will be more to come.
