Dynamic Credit Services charged $298.00 for this stupid credit card although I repeated "no" over and over. What a ripoff! nationwide

Like everyone else I had been charged 298.00 for this stupid credit card after I repeated the words "no" into their heads. They already tried cashing the check and I still have to pay the bounce fee for it. I'm very aggitated and I wish there was something we could do. Thank you.
