Dynamic Recovery Solutions DRS Real Company - Working A Real Scam Clearwater, Florida

Dynamic Recovery Solutions LLC a.k.a. DRS LLC is a "junk" debt buyer or they make up debt and try to go after people with good or bad credit.  They use scare tactics, intimidation, misleading information.  I was contacted on 01/08/2013 and informed that a judgment was awarded against me in the amount of $12,815.47 for a credit card debt.  I admit I have some debt, but NEVER in my life did I have a credit card in my name with a credit limit over $1,000.  When I asked them who the original creditor was they gave me Rushmore Recovery Management LLC and then LVNV Funding LLC, both "junk" debt buyers.  In fact I received a letter from a Asset Reccovery Solutions LLC on June 13, 2012 with the same, above two creditors.  I responded to them in writing and never received any response. 

DRS LLC is fishing or gambling for your dollars.  They are hoping they can scare you with terms like "lawsuit" or "judgement awarded".  In fact, if a judgement is awarded against you the court action will allow the company/collector to lawfully garnish your wages.   DRS LLC with an alleged "judgement" in hand is trying to get you to pay them money or make a "settlement".  If they really wanted their money they can just garnish it, their ploy is all "smoke and mirrors".  Don't fall for it.

Best advice, do your research and if you truly don't have this debt.  Fight them by reporting them to the BBB, the US Attorney General, State Attorney General Consumer Fraud Task Force, etc.   You have to play their game and scare them right back.   Best of luck to you all!!
