Dynamic Recovery Solutions Debt Collector Greenville, South Carolina

I received a phone call from "Dynamic Recovery Solutions" back on September 11,2012 regarding a supposed payday loan for $350 back in 2011 that went into collections back in December 2011.  They wouldn't give me a date of when the loan was taken out.  They said I could pay $198 to get it cleared, but when I told them I wanted to investigate the matter, she told me I couldn't call back and that I was noncompliant and further action would be taken. 

I knew for certain that I had nothing deposited for that amount in my checking account at all in 2011, so I knew I was right.  I e-mailed the company directly and told me that they would cease and desist and they won't call me anymore.  I hope they are good on their word because I had just filed a complaint against them, so they are on the record now. 

For future security, I know never to do any sort of business online, especially payday loan companies run through teletrack, because they will not stop calling you for and get you caught up in trouble.
