Dynamic Recovery Rude, Disrespectful, non informative, very unprofessional Rochester New York

I received a call from dynamic recovery at 8:30 in the morning, saying this is a call to collect a debt. They called from a local Rocheter #. There was a male on the phone stating the debt was 197.00 to columbia music house. I said this bill sounded very unfamiliar to me. I asked if there was a number I could call to dispute the debt. He said no, they have my account now. He proceeded to say that we had to settle this right now. I said I didn't feel comfortable paying something that I didn't recognize. I then asked if they would mail me the "settlement offer" so I could have something in writing.

He said they don't mail anything out. I then said is there a number I can call you back at so I can think about this? A women then gets on the phone and says "I'm a manager here, you wanna THINK about paying your bills?!" I tried answering her question but she would not even let me speak. I was trying to tell her that I want to think about if I am going to pay this or refuse it. She started getting very loud with me.

I said "can I say a sentance"? she actually told me no! After saying some choice words (which she probably couldn't hear over how own talking), I hung up. I then called back asking who the manager was b/c I wanted to call and complain about her later. The lady said she was a supervisor and was a lot nicer then the first A** holes I had to talk to. However she claims the bill is from 2005 (I was 18), and it does not sound familiar to me. I'm still not paying it!!!!
