dynamic credit services which use first choice tel. payment company to withdraw electronic funds told us we would receive a credit card.

leah johnson was the "representative's" name said we would receive our card in 15 days via federal express mail.

It has been 25 days and we did some digging. we have found so much information and are planning a law suit against both companies.
anyone interested in joining to try to get a refund?

LET'S GET EM ..I have found the solution!

AUTHOR: Scott - (United States Minor Outlying Islands)

I have found the solution! I have just got off the phone with the F.B.I, who refered me to the Secret Service, they are the people that handle nationwide credit fraud......what you do is call them and from what i know (they are not sure if the amount is great enough to investigate), but if they have a wide variety of people call nationwide, they will so get on the phone with your local secret service and start making those reports.!!!!!!!

They got me for 300 here in chicago and I can wait to fuck them in the ass......At least my bank is working on getting it back, another thing i did with the bank was cut and pasted alot of your complaints and brought them in on floppy for them to read so it doesn't look like you are trying to get out of paying a debt, bank are like that.

Anyhow, I am waiting for a call back from the SS as we speak and i will let you guys know more later......

#5 Consumer Suggestion

To Get Refund

AUTHOR: Donna - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 29, 2003
To get your money refunded you will have to fill out unathorized debit affidavit at your bank. This is a fraudulent business. THEN...CLOSE that account, because they will sell your information to others, and they will have a free-for-all with it.

Then.....PLEASE file complaints to PhoneBusters

888-495-8501 or info@honebusters.com

and the FTC at www.ftc.gov

They have a fraud hotline at 877-382-4357
