Dynamite Auto Sales LLC Dynamite Auto Rude, Crooked car dealer stole my savings and the car I purchased from them phoenix, Arizona

I want everyone to know that Dynamite Auto sales are scammers, they steam clean the egines so the cars look like they dont have any oil leaks but the next day your garage is filled with fluids! This had happen to me when I purchased a car with this company. I bought a car because it was very clean and did not look like it had any kind of leaks so I bought the car, that night I took it straight home and fell asleep. The very next day I had a garage full of leaked fluids! I took this car back and demanded my money back but they smiled and said they would not return my money but offered to fix it. I agreed to the repairs and two days later I get the car back, the very next day after the repairs happened the car has an engine light go on and its the same codes AS BEFORE for large emissions leak! I call the dealer and notify them I also take the car to state emissions testing to get a legal document of my claim. The emissions place told me the engines computer has been reset and it has to be drove for a few days to register the components. I test it again a few days later and it fails. The dealers documents state I am enitled to a full refund plus reimbursment if emissions fails, this is not what happened. The dealer was rude to me and told me since I made a complaint about them to the BBB that I would have to wait weeks, even months to get my money back and they have the car! The dealer told me to get a lawyer so I did. I am currently in a law suit with this company and have to pawn my things to get around. I am a single father, I take care of my grandfather, and I am a student with no car, this company has caused me and my family stress, depression, anguish, and regret. I hope nobody has to go thru what I am going thru with these guys so I am warning the public STAY AWAY FROM DYNAMITE AUTO SALES!! please!
