We are on a budget and had factored a bump in our bill for the hot weather and prices going up, but this is simply OUTRAGEOUS!
We went from originally paying roughly $87 a month in the beginning, to$261.01 for April, and then to $612.87 for May and they now have us at $0.25065/kWh rate. No warning, no notification of changes, NOTHING. No information about fixed vs. variable rates which they are now offering only AFTER they spiked our bill. This is straight up a BAD company trying to "legally" rip people off. I suggest that if you are with Dynowatt, then get rid of them. We will be dumping their horrible service as soon as possible.
