I can say in confidence from personal experience that this entity knowingly operates a complete and total scam using fraudulent methodologies. More disconcerting to me and the reason for my exit was finding out about their ties to organized crime. They recently merged with a company called Sector Communications that has strong connections to the Arab underworld. The founder and Chairman of this entity has a very long criminal record and has been involved with several past scams. The owner of E-Model was also convicted and sentanced to a 5 year jail term for this exact type of scam.
The other controling partners of Options Talent have also had legal problems for past modeling scams they have executed in other states. I also know that at least 3 of their top executives go by false identities using other names to avoid law enforcement. This company is involved with a variety of questionable business practices including pornography and prostitution. They utilize a type of scam known as spiderweb scaming moving from one corporate structure to another when trouble arrises. My source tells me they are preparing for yet another move shortly merging with another entity now that they are again encountering legal troubles with their current company Options Talent Group.
Recently they bought on a madman for the purpose of motivating their sales force Mr.David Elliot. This individual is probably the most arrogant piece of work I have ever seen. A complete and total fake. His entire background a sham and lies. He plays the roll of leader and devil. One of the most evil people I have ever encountered. He fires people like they are disposable containers. Once they use someone until they burn them out they for one reason or another get rid of them.
I have personally witnessed sexual harrassment on several ocasions and know what goes on behind closed doors there. As to the claim of working your way up the proverbial ladder...Well here all one has to do is have sex with the right people. It is a real shame that our government allows this type of business to conduct any type of operations in ths country. I guess thats why they brought in their own legal expert to stay one step above the law.
I know so much about this company and its unethical business practices it scares me. I had to walk away because I could not sleep at night knowing the kind of people I was working with. I hope this company comes down and comes down hard. If theres anything I can do to make this happen I will. They have hurt so many innocent young people building up their dreams and then crushing them into pieces. I feel I need to make ammends by doing that I can to get this company off the planet asap.
