Afew weeks ago in reviewing I realized I had not recieved any further info from ETour, and called. Explained the situation, and ask for a refund. she states records indicated a "package" and e-mail were sent in January, and had a certain time to cancel, as the package and e-mail indicated. I Didn't get a package, and I save a lot of email... nothing in my folders for ETour.
She will resend the package, that is all she can do.
