I have a 30 inch flat screen T.V. at 3003 Goliad rd SanAntonio,Tx.78223 and I made my last entrance payment in Oct the 17 which gave me a grace period Dec 9, 2012. I went in to pay my entrance on Dec 1, 2012 and the manager Leo put my T.V. out for sale and told me that I had to put my own T.V. on layway I explain to him I call Nov. 26,2012 to check on my grace period because, I had lost my ticket, I was told by an employee that he would have to look me up in the computer by my first and last name and he did which he told me, my grace period was Dec 9, 2012. This manager Leo has been very rude sense he has been there and I have been dealing with this pawn shop long before he was hired to work there so, I know all about grace periods at pawn shops. This problem needs to be resolved with Leo and I want my T.V. out of that pawn shop because I have being making payments of $26 for 8 months and had to pay $31 to put my own item on layway when it should not have been up for sale. I feel with my entrance charges I have paid for the last 8 months and a down payment to put on layway. I have already paid for this T.V. I don't feel this was not a mistake it was done vigorously by the manager Leo, so I deserve to go pick up my T.V. without any more charges added and I do know for a fact that pawn shops keeps calling logs in their computers and I know for a fact my dates was changed from the time I call to check on the grace date on Nov the 26 of 2012 until the time I went in Dec 1 2012. I would like for either Leo to be fired or my T.V. to be ready to be picked up in the good condition I brought it in.
