EA Games DICE Unfair ban, and forced to buy a new game , Internet

The company said that it was possible that my account, and or my serial key for the game leaked.
The only option to fix the issue was to buy another game ($69+).
EA and DICE refused to help with the matter and rely solo on the decision of Even Balance. The Even Balance company offers no contact information, no telephone, email, or anything else other than a ticket submission page.
As a responsible costumer I feel ripped off, not only the software I purchased is now useless, I can only accept their unlawfull decision that I need to buy the game all over again in order to play.
