We purchased 20 or so high end headsets for our sales team. Of these one was defective. Adam was rude and completely ineffective at resolving the issue.

Desert Diamond Industries of Las Vegas, NV did not purchase 20 or so headsets, as they allege, from our company. Therefore, they are being totally dishonest and can't be trusted with regards to the report they've filed against our company.
On August 13th, 2012, exactly ONE(1) headset was purchased by them from our company. Not 20 headsets, as alleged.
We were again contacted by Desert Diamond Industries in October of 2012. They said that they were returning the headset and demanded a full refund. A Mr. Mione stated that he no longer had use for the headset that he ordered. Nothing wrong with it mind you, just didn't want it anymore. Due to our clearly stated return policy we politely refused his angry demand.
In order to avoid any unneccessary confusion, our return policy is carefully explained to EVERY customer at the time of purchase and is also prominently displayed in our websites menu options and return policy web page.
Our company welcomes all constructive criticism. We consider such criticism as areas of opportunity to improve both our products and our service.
We believe the internet, and by extension the "Ripoff Report" website, is a valuable resource for businesses and consumers alike, but should not be a tool to disparage and ruin hard earned businesses reputations. Sadly, Desert Diamond Industries of Las Vegas, NV has chosen to do just that.
We therefore challenge Desert Diamond Industries of Las Vegas, NV to act like adults, step-up, and provide proof of purchase for the 20 headsets they claim they've purchased directly from us. Otherwise, we respectfully request that they own up to their lies and retract this shameful report they've filed.

I own a company that has offices in multiple states, and we are constantly opening more. I learned early on to get my headsets from Ear2ear Headsets. They are a small company, but their customer service shines. And, their headsets are at least 7 years in use in my offices, and I've never had a problem with even a single one of them! In this day and age, it's really, really difficult to find a company that not only sells a good product, but stands by it, from start to finish. Kudos to this company!
