If you are enrolled, dont expect a call to inform you that we will no longer be handling your case. In fact, I wouldnt even expect a refund. The RSVP software mentioned on the website, as well as on RipOffReport, is in fact a fraud. It doesnt exist. Oh yea, and if you even called in to check the status of your case and got the same response as you did over a month ago, it was most likely because we lost your file. Oops! Isnt that comforting?
The CEO, Brian Poe, is a stingy scammer with an attitude problem. He has no respect for anyone or anything other than himself.
Dont waste your money on a company that just fired its entire operations team. Because you most likely wont get it back.
Dont bother... Lexington, Kentucky

Our Company's Position
AUTHOR: Kevin Mcmahon - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, June 16, 2008
POSTED: Monday, June 16, 2008First, current and new customers can rest assured their case files will be worked diligently and professionally. Based on the current conditions, average turnaround time for such files is between 2-4 weeks, once we have received all supporting documentation (e.g. a copy of your criminal record).
Though we have made great strides in improving our service, we're the first to admit that we are not perfect. No group of people ever is. But we are committed to providing better service with each new day. We are committed to helping our customers get the maximum relief allowed under the law. We are committed to bringing you new tools to help you make positive changes in your lives so you can overcome mistakes.
In response to the derogatory comments towards the company and its founder, these specific comments appear to be the work of a single disgruntled employee who was recently let go. Contrary to the earlier posting, half of our employees were not let go. Our sales team continues to take calls. Completed product is being shipped daily to customers across the country.
If you are seeking record relief assistance, as with any purchase, do your research. Give us a call, ask as many questions as you like, and then see what you think. Review our website. We believe that one of the worst outcomes of these postings would be that people in genuine need of help would give up. Give up on the hope of getting relief from a criminal record. Give up on changing their lives for the better. Whatever your decision about our company, don't give up on getting your record cleared. Use us, use an attorney, do it yourself if you can - just take that step and make a better life for yourself.
I have been with the company for a while now and believe that my fellow employees are dedicated to doing the best job we possibly can for you. Give us a call if you'd like and allow us to convince you.
