Un-fortunately, the contract was far over-priced.
Now, they want $1500 for re-stocking fee when they did not even get the job order. When we tried to talk to these people...
1. The owner is yelling "I will knock your head off".
2. Will not provide any documentation on which he claims the money.
3. Call the East-Windsor police to throw the customer out of the store. While his own people are going 'Bruce, calm down'.

Approxiamately 1 month of signing the contract, the consumer came into store and said they purchased flooring somewhere else and requested that he wanted his money back. On our contract it clearly states a 25% restock fee, which the consumer refused to pay. We contacted the finance institution and they agreed with us that the consumer is responsible for the 25% restock fee. We issued all the money except for the restock fee which again the consumer signed on our contract. They wanted all of their money back which was unfair to us, East Windsor Floor Covering.
The person who filed this complaint was not even a consumer of ours-he was speaking on behalf of his friend.
