Our vehicle was stolen the first week of November 2009 and was found soon after and towed to Eastex Collision. We were making preparations to have the vehicle towed to a well name dealer but the people at Eastex insisted that they were equipped and fully capable of repairing our vehicle. What a joke. They repaired our vehicle for over 3 MONTHS!!!! And they offered no assistance with rental and/or deductible. The worst part was that they had to take the vehicle to the well name dealer to actually fix it. They had no clue what they were doing. We finally got our vehicle and it still wasnt fixed!!!
Its currently in the shop now for the shocks, two days after we got it from them by the way. They refused to place the tires we purchased on the truck so we had to do it ourselves. No problem right! Wrong! The shocks on the truck had gone out and they allowed us to drive off their lot knowing this. Thank God we didnt have an accident. In addition to all of this they charged the insurance company for new parts and put used parts on our truck. And the body work they did was sloppy The company is HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT. DON'T LET THEM REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE..... PLEASE!!!!! Theyre in the business of ripping people off not customer service!

Hello im Dustin the new manager of Eastex Collision Repair I started in april of 2010.
I would like to apologize on behalf of Eastex collision and say that our company offers a liftime warranty on any repairs done to your vehicle please bring the vehicle back in so we can adress any issue you may have
#1 Any vehicle towed in from a accident scene or a theft dosent get towed to a body shop it would go to a storage facility, now we own a storage lot and body shop as two seperate companies.
#2 On any theft there are several variables that come into play in dealing with the insurance company now im not making excusses if there is a problem with our company i will take care of it but if the insurance is not paying for a part we cant fix it if it was somthing we were paid to do we will gladley take care of it if it is somthing they did not pay for maybee i can get them to cover it
