Bought a car on 10/24/12 that needed to have check engine light fixed. it has been 4 months and they have been sending the car to the shop they used. Auto Clinic. After catching rides here and there to pick up car and leave car due to it still not being fixed. They gave me a loaner for 2 weeks which they asked me to return when they found out that the warrenty company was not going to pay for the needed motor.I took the loaner back and they in turn asked for another 1000.00 down for a different car and wanted me to let the finance company get the said car that still needs fixing so it would go as a repo on my credit. long story short i still have no car. they are now not trying to help resolve this matter in any way. the finance company told me that they could very easy put me in another car by cancelling that contract and entering a new one with out it effecting my credit. if they wanted to. CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO REGUARDS TO CUSTOMER CAR. Going to easy finance auto is the biggest and worst mistake I ever made in trusting those 2 scam artist who lie to the customers just to tell them what they want to get their money. Best part yet is they sent the car to auto clinic knowing that they said they would have to go into the motor to find the problem and now the auto clinic can not reach them to find out who is going to pay 800.00 to just put the motor back together. Im in the whole 1000.00 i put down for the car 2400.00 in car payments when i didnt even have a car. and 3000.00 for the new motor.If i dont want the motor i still have to pay 800.00 just to have them put the car back together. Iwill be handing out this report to everyone I see. if I can help 1 person not go through what I am going through it will all be worth it. ps i still have no car. I welcome any and all advice as well as media or questions.
