Notified Bank Claim Department and in addition found that this company had charged my account monthly for $49.90 for over two (2) years. The Bank will re-deposit the last three unauthorized payments (60 days) but I'm going to have to sue them for the rest.
Tough lesson to learn on checking your bank statement carefully and often.
Definitely a case of outright fraud.
