EBAY,EBAY SUSPENDED MY SELLER'S ACCOUNT DUE TO SELLER NON-PERFORMANCE. THEY WILL NOT REINSTATE IT AND I HAVE OFFERED TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES. THEY CLOSED IT BASED ON A FEW NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO GET THEM REMOVED SAN JOSE California

MY FREE-SHIPPING-SUPERSTORE ACCOUNT IN JANUARY FOR NONSELLER PERFORMANCE BASED ON NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I NEVER RECEIVED THEIR EMAILS BECAUSE I HAD A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS ALONG WITH A NEW EBAY ACCOUNT, INTERIOR-DESIGNER-DELIVERS, WHICH I WAS A PLATINUM POWERSELLER FOR
OVER ONE YEAR AND WAS IN GOOD STANDING, BUT THEY CLOSED BOTH ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THE FREE-SHIPPING-SUPERSTORE WAS CLOSED. ANY ACCOUNTS LINKED TO THE SUPERSTORE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. I TRIED TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS, NOT REALIZING I WAS NOT ALLOWED. I JUST THOUGHT I COULDN'T USE THE CLOSED ACCOUNTS.
THE NEW ACCOUNTS I TRIED TO OPEN WERE CLOSED ALSO. EBAY IS HOW I OPERATE MY BUSINESS. I HAVE EMAILED, OVERNIGHTED LETTERS TO EBAY CORPORATE AND TALKED ON THE PHONE WITH EBAY TRUST & SAFETY, AS WELL AS THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. I TOLD THEM I WAS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO GET MY ACCOUNT REOPENED. I TOLD THEM
MY CUSTOMERS WHO LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK (THIS WAS THE REASON THE SUPERSTORE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED) ON MY SUPERSTORE ACCOUNT WERE WILLING TO MUTUALLLY WITHDRAWL THEIR NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS. EBAY REFUSED. I ALSO
TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY MY OUTSTANDING EBAY FEES AMOUNT DUE. EBAY REFUSED THAT REQUEST ALSO.
I AM AN HONEST SELLER THAT IS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SELL ON EBAY AGAIN AND EBAY WILL NOT RECOGNIZE MY EFFORTS.I SPOKE WITH KURT IN THE EBAY PRESIDENTS OFFICE ON 4-7-08 AND HE STATED HE WOULD GET MY
FREE-SHIPPING-SUPERSTORE ACCOUNT REOPENED TO ALLOW ME TO GET SOME NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS REMOVED. KURT THEN EMAILED ME AN HOUR LATER STATING THEY WOULD NOT REOPEN THE ACCOUNT. I AM DESPERATE FOR YOUR HELP.
I WILL AGREE TO THE EBAY USER AGREEMENT AND HAVE IT NOTARIZED IF NECESSARY. PLEASE HELP ME.
