Justice? Geoff Holland aka ebay member Gbayemporium suspended from Ebay. However he claims it was a foul-up. He was reinstated after approx 8 hours. I do not for 1 minute believe that Ebay mistakenly' suspended him. All of his 5000 listings were removed, his blog completely deleted. He can claim it was a foul-up if he wants to. I just can't believe that Ebay would remove a gold powerseller with over 5000 listings without reason. I am sure that since he lives very close to the Burnaby office then he probably went down there and persuaded them (his friends)to let him back in. Ebay is corruptthe back door left WIDE OPEN.

There is justice in the world even if the effects are felt only temporarily.Gbayemporium aka Mr. Geoffry R Holland has had his account suspended from eBay for his cumulative examples of bad behavior and inadvertantly bringing eBay into a criminal investigation regarding Mr. Holland for Identity theft and computer hacking resulting in the destruction of two web sites.

It should also be noted that his eBay blog was removed in it's entirety for some reason.Thjat he will possibly be back doing business the same sick and vindictive way is almost a granted but the consumer world can at least hope that he learns a lesson that he is not above the law and rules/regulations.

An interesting note is that the gbayemporiumexposed video on youtube was removed and the producer's privalages were suspended for posting nothing but the truth but the president of ebay susbscribed tot he site and shortly thereafter it was taken down.Anytime that the truth is hidden,then the whole company becomes suspect.Beware folks.

I should note that I have been suspended as well to be fair but I am tickled pink at the outcome.

And I still have never had a transaction with MENYON, especially seeing as it's your most recent made up ID to hide behind.

I sent some old freak 1c as payment for all of his prior opinions and blog posts, and quite frankly that was 1c more than he ever deserved.

Gbayemporium posted his vulgar post on the eBay Blogs entitled,"Crazy Larry has a tiny d**k",and as he usually does he delted it after the impact was felt.It was reported to eBay and this is Quinn's of Canada Ebayreply inferring,nay telling this person that eBay took it down and appropriate sanctions rendered.A total lie.

This is the same format that eBay uses on most of it's dealing with it's customers be they buyers or sellers.Is it any wonder that people are getting more discouraged daily.

I am NARUed now for 14 days for posting libnks to such places as the USPS and other innoculous places that offer no sales outside of eBay whatsoever unless you want to consider that the Mayo Clinic performs cancer treatments.The last time I looked ebay didn't offer any medical procedures.

I also used such terms as prostate cancer,sperm,d**n and hell with an occassional explative that wasa tad stronger to include several that were over trhe line and cleasr violations.

That eBay sellers lose my bids thus money in their pocket which also gives you funds as well.Perhaps the stock holders are receiving fat returns on their shares too.This is totally ridiculous and far from what a business in today's market needs to demonstrate.

I will still buy from other sites,eBay sellers will lose my money and ebay will suffer some even though it is large enough to not feel any loss.

I already cancelled my eBay Master card a week ago in preparation for this event and further retreating from my buying through ebay.I have almost 5000 purchases.This is how eBay treats valued members who spend their hard earned money?I have 14 days to reflect how much eBay means to me and how loyal I will continue to be in the future.My voice is loud and reaches to many corners of the world and the US.

Posted on the eBay blogs were a series of links offering information of the upcoming law regarding the sale of children clothing and toys which takes effect on February 10th.The links were only informational and led to legal interpretations,how a person could join a grass roots effort in contacting the various organizations and law makers.In addition was a link to the USPS reagrding the upcoming increase in rates which take effect on the 18th of January.

Post any Links And eBay deletes them in spite of their being within the provisions of the eBay User Agreement.It is more than evident that the User Agreement is only for eBay's use and not for the members.It is similar to a Landlord Tenant Act . This goes on my RipOff report as another vilation and example of employees rewriting the eBay User Agreement for their own agenda.Primarily I think because they don't have time to actually read anything that is reported or flagged by their computer software.It is scanned and automatically sent to eBay heaven or hell.

Whenever I see posts like that which are unthinking as to it's content,I realize that racism is as strong today as it ever was.To believe differently is naive.Most try to be politically correct but deep down in the recesses of their hearts,they are filled with the teachings of their parents,grandparents and community.

My Mother grew up in CleElum ,Washington,a coal mining town made up of almost every nationality comprising the immigrant influx into American during the late 1800s.I remember well the Pollocks,Degos,Chinks.Kikes,Micks,Bohunks and you name it living together,working underground,depending upon one another for their very lives.I also remember going to the Wap meat counter and to the Kraut bakery as a little kid with my grandmother who was a first generation Swede.Even in that small community,the town was divided and the Niggers,queers and Micks lived across the tracks where the w***e and bawdy houses flourished.It was a different America.Today,the young have a fantasy about a perfect world but it doesn't exist but in the minds of idealists.And that's OK.It makes therm feel good to put on a face of respectability when in truth,they themselves have their own forms of discriminations.To be politically correct today is the in thing.Cultures change with the times.ven in my lifetime,I have watched and experienced a race of peoples trying desparately to find their self identification.They went from Negroes,to Black,then to Black Americans and finally to African Americans,with some revertings to Niggas, all in a short span of forty years.Something to think about isn't it?

He actually thinks that only ONE other blogger reports his garbage?
That's hilarious!

He thinks that gbayemporium has an inside source?
That's even more funny!

The funniest thing about this "Menyon", aka eBay ID observations-of-life, is that HE is guilty of everything he accuses gbayemporium of, not to mention many cases of REAL police reports being filed against him.

He's a sad old man, lonely because he drove his family either away or to suicide, stuck inside with no friends and only the internet to keep him occupied.

He self admittedly stirs up trouble when he's bored, and has posted some of the most awful and hateful comments about women and other races that you could ever imagine.

He claims to be an ex-military man, and even claims to have a gun for protection. I can only imagine the danger he would be to his community when he finally snaps.

My eBay blog was monitored by gbayemporium and he went back to the very beginning and reported any post or comment that had a "vulgar"word.One post had the word,"sperm",in it causing it to be found in violation of the Community Core Values which has been shown in the original complaint to be interpreted subjectively toally against the eBay written User Agreement.I have had posts and comments removed for words like d**n ,hell.I have written a couple that were over the line but the vast majority were well withing eBay's policies.This is indicative of an inside ear to help in an agenda to force anybody who dares disagree with gabayemporium to toe a line as establkished by him,not eBay.Some of us are considering a class action lawsuit against eBay,Ellis, and gbayemporium for collusion and allowing the threatening and vulgar environment that eBay has become.

This is a reference from Ellis indicating that over 60 "violations" have been recorded and dealt with.There is a veiled threat to suspend my eBay privalages based on a d**n,shitty or hell and let's not forget sperm.
