EC Financial Express Closings Mortgage hacks that prey on consumers, rip off closers too just to line their own pockets... Time to shut their playhouse down!!! Seven Hills, Ohio

   I performed closings for this company and unfortunately they do not like to pay their bills. Throughout the time I was closing for EC Financial AKA Express Closings, I discovered that there were well over 10-15 closers that had executed closings and they failed to pay them even though if it wouldn't been for the closers their deals would have never closed to begin with. They breach contracts, write bad checks, break agreements, don't return phone calls, emails, and have absolutely no accountability whatsoever.

   They have even asked me to back date docments. Everyone should be aware of this company. They have also changed names a few different times as well. Equity Consultants, LLC, 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, now they are EC Financial. Goran Marich and Ryko Marich are behind the operation.
