******Scam Artist****** SO QUICK TO USE OFFENSE TO FURTHER THERE WAY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY, I was so called choosen to shoot a National Commercial and I had no Agent. Since I had no Agent I was told I would have to pay 60.00 for the processing fee for my SAG (Screen Actors Guild) forms to be Tarft Harley into the commercial, so I was directed to sign up at Elite Casting or Casting Central and pay $60.00, which is a huge risk when I only had 40 dollars in my pocket and a 20 dollar bill that was'nt mine that I had to borrow,. After I paied $60.00 I emailed them my info as I was told, and gave them a call to let them know I registered. No  one answered my call, I called back and no one answered my call, I later found out that That there were SCAM FRAUD RIP OFF alerts towards Casting Central and Elite Casting from Google. I immediately called my card company and I was given the number to EC SUITE which was the processing center and that my payment was in PENDING, so it could be refunded immediately, they refused to refund it then I could file a complaint. I called EC SUITE and I was asked WHY I wanted to cancel my subscribe with them, I told them cause to avoid being ripped off. They continued to ask in a tone like they were the ones who worked for the money that was paied to them. I informed them that nothing has happen and I want my Refund that it is in PENDING so cancel my subscribe. He said with a blunt nasty fast talking stuck up high pitch disgusting voice "No  no I can not do that sir" using the sir calm down method. My money was in PENDING it hadnt been 20 minutes since I entered my Credit Card info so issue me my Refund. I had spoke to 5 different employees and a nasty female that threaten you with the police cause you only want a PENDING refund. They impatient and look to deny services as soon as they can, Pose as helpers, look at any point to not listen to you, Very Rude, Under the Supervision from Spencer the whole staff is very rude,
