Do not take your business to Ed Voyles Kia. They are crooks from the GM on down to Lanny- He woos you with his long emails of how he is going to treat you right. The story is long but I will make it brief. I purchased a 2013 Sorento- The undercarriage was ripped off and the plastic inside the wheel well was as well. I purchased the brand new vehicle at night, not thinking I needed to inspect it- washed it the next day and noticed the damage- called lanny- he tells me, "oh no you did that buddy, we dont do stuff like that here"- luckily they actually had pictures of the car on their website showing the damage and they were forced to give me a new vehicle-2nd vehicle came with 1k less options and the vehicle was therefore 1k less- however they scanned my old final priced documents in with the new car specifics into kia motor finance- so I ended up paying way more than the car was worth- when contacted I received no response and when I talked to the GM he told me that its "tough luck"- Please do not take your business to these crooks
