They missed some of the MOST IMPORTANT parts of my wedding day, The entrance of the Bride and Groom into The Reception, Prayer, Best Man Speech, Sisters speech. You would would think that these things would be standard in the filming. The owner was full of EXCUSES. He was extremly RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNAPOLOGETIC! This was my WEDDING DAY!
They did not make any corrections or follow up with our last phone call as promised. I am very disappointed and upset. This video was made to send out to Grandparentd and Elders that could not make the wedding. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They think that this type of business is acceptable. But it is not!!
