telling me they adopted their findings. They didnt investigate anything at all just like the state agency.In my opinion these state and government agencies are not gor the little people but more for the companies and themselves.To have your civil rights violated by an employer doing these days and ages is mind bottling but to not get a fair chance to have your case just dismissed with no effort of an proper investigation is simply plain unfair. We the people pay their salary as taxpayers but they benefit more from the incentive they recieve for dismissing valid discrimination claims.
