EEsystem LLC and Sandra Rose Michael are selling the Synchronicity Engine technology created and developed by Robert Jon Religa and calling it 'EEsystem'. It does NOT create Scalar Waves. This is just a ploy by Sandra Michael to sell technology that she didn't create and doesn't own.
The Synchronicity Engine technology was originally conceived, engineered and implemented by Robert Jon Religa.
When Mr. Religa created the Synchronicity Engine technology it was never designed to create these so-called "Scalar Waves". Ms. Michael just picked up the New-Age phrase "Scalar Waves" and began using it in her marketing scheme.
What was Ms. Micheal's involvement with the technology? Ms. Micheal's sole involvement with the technology was limited to being a sales-women. She did not create, design or implement it. In fact, it was years after the technology was created and tested that Ms. Michael was brought in to handle sales nothing more. Ms. Michael has no training or background in science or engineering.
Ms. Michael was issued a limited non-exclusive license to just market and sell the technology - nothing else.
She then claimed that the technology was hers and convinced investors to invest in the ownership of the technology. She sold the ownership of her limited license to the investors and they created the MetaMatrix International Trust to protect their investment.
When the investors in the MetaMatrix Trust found out that all they had was a limited license - nothing more, the Trust Protector, Terry Ingram, then alleged that Ms. Michael had deceived and defrauded them - they realized had invested in a scam.
Ms. Michael took the money and ran.
She subsequently continued to sell the Synchronicity Engine technology as the EEsystem without a license.
Despite Ms. Michael signing multiple contracts and attesting to Officers of the Court that the technology is owned by Mr. Religa, she continues to allege it is hers. Attached to this is one of the Cease and Desist notices to Ms. Michael. It is written by the same Officer to the Court that she attested to Mr. Religa's ownership.
What about these Scalar Waves?
EEsystem has many references to them on their website and Ms. Michael includes them in her talks.
Scalar Waves, when you search for them on the web, are defined as being: Faster than Light, Involve Zero-point Energy, Penetrate Everything and most importantly Can't be detected.
When you put it all together it becomes clear - Scalar Waves don't exist. They are just a recent urban-legend nothing more.
The question is asked But, doesn't Ms. Michael and EEsystem stand behind their numerous claims of creating Scalar Waves?
In fact, if you examine their sales contract there is no mention of Scalar Waves much less any guarantee they are created.
So, what happens when someone finally realizes the EEsystem doesn't create Scalar Waves? Does Ms. Michael refund their money? No - demands that the tens of thousands of dollars they paid be refunded are responded to by letters from Ms. Micheal's attorneys stating: There is no reference to Scalar Waves or Scalar Energy in the contract. You read it and signed it. Theres no refund And that's that.
Attached is the correspondence that one customer of Ms. Micheal had with their attorney. She was out of the money period.
If you are considering buying one of the EEsystems, ask them a few simple questions:
- How do I verify that the EEsystem is working correctly and creating Scalar Waves?
- What instrument do I use to measure the Scalar Waves, if it's not detectable?
- How long do I have to evaluate the functioning of the EEsystem, before it's out of the warranty time and I can no longer get a refund?
- What guarantee is there that Scalar Waves are being created when there is no reference to them in the contract?
- Since the contract only grants a one year license for the tens of thousands of dollars that I'm spending, but not ownership of the technology, what do I really have after a year just a group of non-functioning computers?
You need to closely examine the statements of Ms. Sandra Rose Michael and listen for the contradictions and deceptions. She hides them well - but they are there. Don't be deceived.
The exclusive licensee of the Synchronicity Engine technology is Dr. Chris Kaufmann - Synchronicity Wave System.
Beware of EEystem and Ms. Sandra Rose Michael there's much more to them than the 'Spiritual' appearance they put on.
