Its clear your posting as Pamela, probably because no one supports your lies.  You are the only person mental enough to type lies about Sandra.  She is a Saint and everyone knows it.  I wish you would go live your life peacefully away from any involvement with us.

I have known Dr Sandra for a number of years and have ALWAYS found her to be truthful, educated and dedicated to the benefits  of the EESystems.  I personally had a broken foot heal in less  than HALF the time that conventional podiatrists told me it would take.   I have enough faith in her that if I could afford it, I would invest in ANYTHING that she would represent! 

I wonder how well the folks that give such glowing testimony about Sandra Michael really know her. And I wonder if they have ever been involved in a business dealing with her. I had that unfortunate experience several years ago. Sandra has a pattern of gently lifting money from investors under the guise of spirituality, and then simply absconding with it when the truth about the venture is revealed. I am sure if someone wished to take the time and energy to examine Ms. Michael's past, they would find that it is littered with cases like Robert's and like mine. I do not wish to expend my time and energy in this way.

I wrote my investment off with her long ago, and learned some very valuable lessons about integrity among self-proclaimed spiritual teachers.

I will say that Sandra is a talented healer, however, I know from personal experience that she is not revered in the Hawaiian community in the way that her personal bio proports. What she is is a talented energy worker. Here is what she is not:  Not a business person with integrity, Not a doctor, Not an engineer capable of inventing this technology. Beware.

Chris you and Robert should hang your head in shame....Dr Sandra Rose Michaels, eesystem works and you know it. If it didn't why did you and Robert go to all the trouble to steal the information..

I have been using and involved with the "real" eesystem since 2007....you learned about this system at our 2009 conference for Lyme/Autism......EES has existed since 2003. Dr. Michael has a 35+ year positive reputation as a recognized authority in the wellness industry. She has never stolen or embezzled in her life. MetaMatrix was a company she funded and founded, you can not embezzle from a company where there have been no other investors and only highly paid consultants and a programmer who did embezzle, lie and steal. This has been legally documented as FRAUD against Dr. Michael.

You should hang your head in shame shame shame dear boy....how dare you place patients in jeopardy with your nonsense. you need to do some investigation on Robert, although I doubt you would as you are two peas from the same pod.

Robert Religa has no track record of being in integrity. He is in no position to attack Dr. Michael's unimpeachable credibility. How much do you know about him? Not much, which shows. Do some investigations and you might be surprised.

The only part he developed was a scroll program. He told multiple lies and stole while under contracts of which he is in breach with Dr. Michael. Due to his gross lack of integrity Dr. Michael ceased using his services and re-developed the software with a former top Lockheed Martin programmer in January, 2003. In this Re-Development process Robert's "scroll engine" or "synchronicity engine" which he had lied to her about containing "advanced algorithms" was completely decoupled from her Federally copyrighted extremely effective original technologies for healing which is her exclusive IP along with her EES which is also patent-pending as a field technology.

What upsets me the most Chris is the unsuspecting doctors and health care professionals that you are pulling down your rabbit hole without shame...you are going to get your fingers burnt young man, but it is obvious you do not care....shame shame shame on you.

I personally owned an EES, system myself and it is a remarkable tool. It does work very well in many circumstances.   This is according to my own personal experience and the experiences of other friends.... There was a young man ( in his late 20s )  who ( as a favor to his parents)  I let use the special room I had the system in for 4 hours.  His parents told me that he had been totally blind from a young age after a bout with MS ( the event was over 6 years ago so I do not remember all of the details ) After 4 hours "in" the system the family went home and I received a very excited phone call from them the next day... "he is now seeing light and even moving shapes for the first time since he was a child "  the family went on to get more sessions somewhere on the Mainland and I lost track of them.  The system does work.  To my personal knowledge Ms Micheals is a very honest, dedicated woman with an extremely pure heart.

The entire purpose of this report is to address if the EEsystem actually creates so-called "Scalar Waves"

If you will note above, EEsystemMichael, is Sandra Rose Michael's son Michael - the CEO of EEsystems.

Michael rather than addressing the crucial questions about the existence of "Scalar Waves" and whether the EEsystem creates them, he completely avoids any substantiation of them.  Instead he  goes on about issues irrelevant to "Scalar Waves".

For example, my background, which he knows nothing about, includes consulting to companies involved in the Aerospace and Medical industries.  Three of the companies in are the medical instrumentation development field where I created and implemented instrumentation for test and analysis of biological systems:

Michael on about his mother's background.
 
To clarify the issue - when I brought Ms. Michael in to be a sales-woman for the Synchronicity Engine in 1991, she was on the 'New Age' convention circuit.  At that time she was giving talks to small groups about Spirituality, selling algae as a "Miracle Food" and giving "Hawaiian Body Massages".  Not exactly what could be described as 'New Technology Medical System Inventor'.  As she has stated - before she met me and I showed her the fully functioning technology, "I have never touched a computer before in my life." Which was fine, she wasn't brought in because of her Scientific or Technological background - she was brought in to be a sales-woman.  At which she is excellent.


Embezzlement Allegations

On the allegations of her embezzling from the MetaMatrix International Trust.  She did not own it.  The investors who put their money into it, created the Trust and, with Ms. Michael's agreement, selected Mr. Terry Ingram to be the Trust Protector - to protect their investment.  They owned it.  They were investing on the claims that Ms. Michael owned the Synchronicity Engine technology.  She then irrevocably transferred all her intellectual property, including her limited license to them in exchange for their investment money. 

Upon discovering that Ms. Michael didn't own the technology, but only had a Limited License. the Trust Protector took immediate action to protect the investors money.  He moved the monies to accounts that Ms. Michael didn't have access to.  He did, however, leave a small amount of money in one account to see what Ms. Michael would do - basically they set a trap.

So, what did Ms. Michael do?  She went against the instructions of the Trust Protector, that she had agreed to have appointed, and took the money out of that account.  Thus, according to the allegations of the Trust Protector and the Trustees, Ms. Michael embezzled the money. 

This, Michael, is why your mother would have embezzled from the MetaMatrix International Trust.  It wasn't her money, it wasn't her Trust and it wasn't her technology she had sold them. She had been caught, she took the money and ran.  Is this what you meant when you refered to "Dr. Michael's unimpeachable credibility"?


Ownership of the Technology

Regarding the ownership of the Technology, Ms. Michael engaged Mr. Michael Frederic of USD Editions LTD, to determine the facts in this matter.  On Feb 1, 2011, he drafted a letter to me where upon examining the contracts signed by Ms. Michael and myself he stated his view on the ownership.  I quote him:

"you granted her the right to commercially use this software for a period of five (5) years (twice renewable) by virtue of a contract signed with Body of Light dated August 19, 2001; namely, until August 18, 2016 Since this contract was not annulled by common consent signed by both parties, it still remains in force."

To restate - In order to grant her the right to use the software, I obviously had to own the right to grant her the use of the software.  So, the adviser that you mother selected has agreed with my position on my ownership of the rights to the software.  Perhaps this will help your mother understand the situation. 

As to your mother selling this 'right to use the software' to the MetaMatrix International Trust investors - irrevocably , he didn't have anything to say about it or dispute it.  But, I don't think your mother understands the meaning of the word 'irrevocably'.  She sold off her right to use the software to the investors - forever - permanently - unable to be retrieved.  Use these words with her, they may work better with her.

And, now for the Contradictions 

Now, according to you and your mother, the Synchronicity Engine technology didn't work.  If so, why did you mother continue to sell it for years (and paid the license fees to me)?

So, if your mother" knew" the Synchronicity Engine technology didn't work, why did she sell it to the MetaMatrix International Trust? Wouldn't that then be FRAUD? Is this what you meant by "the flawless credibility of Dr. Michael and her work"?

If your mother, as you claim, had a former Lockheed Martin programmer re-write the software I had written years before I met her, why have you claimed, in letters from your representatives, I am using your software?  This makes no sense.

Then, you send letters to our clients.

First, you have your representatives write letters saying I'm using EEsystem technology and calling it Synchronicity Engine technology.  

Then, you have your representatives write letters that say the EEsystem is completely different than the Synchronicity Engine technology.  Now, which is it Michael?

And you write:

Any and all claims that EESystems which include custom built and precisely installed multiple units are the same as Synchronicity systems, which include her stolen intellectual property, are false claims.

Now, if the Synchronicity Engine systems allegedly includes her "stolen intellectual property", wouldn't that contradict your statement that "any and all claims they are the same are false claims"? (And, didn't your mother sell off all her intellectual properties to the investors in MetaMatrix Trust - irrevocably?)

And, the contradictions continue on and on.

Michael, you and your mother need to get your stories straight.


The Scientific, Engineering and Technological background and experience that Ms. Michael used to create a New Technology
 
To be fair to Ms. Michael, I did some research into her educational background in the Sciences, Engineering and Technology thatshe would have used to create the EEsystem "Scalar Wave" technology.  Now, this wasn't an exhaustive search of all possible Internet Research Services.  So, if there are any errors or corrections needed, I'll happily note them in future posts.  This is what the Search Engines turned up:

c.       As Ms. Michael claims she created the computer software used in the EEsystem, does she have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science?
No Ms. Michael does not have a Bachelors degree in any subject.

d.      Then, what accredited college or university did Ms. Michael attend to obtain the Engineering, Science and Technology background needed to create a new Technology?
There is no record found of Ms. Michael enrolling or attending classes at any accredited college or university anywhere

e.      How did Ms. Michael earn a Ph.D.?
She was given a Honorary degree for her claim of creating the EEsystem Technology

f.        Is the Honorary Phd. degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or Medicine?
She doesn't list what her Ph.D. degree is on her website. 

g.       Is the college / university that gave her the Honorary PH.D. accredited?
She doesnt state where she was given her Ph.D.


It's not quite clear where Ms. Michael picked up the background and skills to create a new Technology.

To wrap this up, the real question is again 'Does the EEsystem create "Scalar Waves" or are they a Fraud?

Michael, if you would, please answer or have your mother answer these 5 simple questions.  This will be a good start to validating the claim that the EEsystem creates "Scalar Waves":

1. How do I verify that the EEsystem is working correctly and creating Scalar Waves?
2. What instrument do I use to measure the Scalar Waves, if they are not detectable?
3. How long do I have to evaluate the functioning of the EEsystem, before it's out of the warranty time and I can no longer get a refund?
4. What guarantee is there that Scalar Waves are being created when there is no reference to them in the contract?
5. Since the contract only grants a one year license for the tens of thousands of dollars that I'm spending, but not ownership of the technology, what do I really have after a year just a group of non-functioning computers?

I have personally experienced Dr. Michael's EESystem and not just speculate but know that it is effective and positive for good health and wellness. I suffered from a severe knee injury while running down the steep hills of San Francisco. The orthopedic surgeon said that I had no more cartilage in my right knee, that I was too young for knee replacement surgery and that I would never run more than 3 miles again in my life.

As I love running, I naturally searched out alternatives and found the EESystem. After several treatments over the course of 3 months, I was running up to 5 miles at a time without any pain and a year later I ran a half marathon. Regardless if you doubt it's ability to make scalar waves or not, what is important is that it heals! Thank you Dr. Michael for your selfless dedication to the development and implementation of this amazing invention.

I wholly believe this slanderous, libelous report by Robert Religa is a hoax and demand he provide proof of claim to the legal department of ripoffreport.com immediately--otherwise, this report must be removed by ripoffreport.com without delay as it constitutes further real damages by Robert Religa against the true, sole proprietor and inventor of the EES, Dr. Michael.  

Having known Dr. Michael for many years, I can attest that she is a woman of brilliance and utmost integrity with a genuine interest to help mankind.  Her character is impeccable and unparalleled.  She is a woman of honor who holds true to her word without fail.  Unfortunately, those associated with Robert Religa have bought into his masterful non-disclosure and masking of the truth---they have yet to realize what lies beneath is his intense need for control, a false sense of entitlement, and an easy way to exploit another's creation out of greed instead of focusing on his own true life's mission.

As a quantum physicist, I can assure that Dr. Michael's EES generates scalar energy and that Robert Religa's adulteration of the EES absolutely does not.  Because he does not truly understand scalar energy or how to effectively measure its presence, he attacks that which he is incapable of understanding.  For Robert Religa to carte blanche equate his illegal and unlawful mutation of the EES to Dr. Michael's invention, the true EES, and even to take false credit for her miracles with her technology as if they were his own, are an abomination of truth creating unfathomed damages to this planet, mankind, individuals, and their ability to heal, a concept I firmly believe that Robert Religa at this time sadly is unable to grasp.

I have had the extreme honor and pleasure of spending MANY hours in this scalar energy system that is the cause of this complaint.  I can offer testimony that I have PERSONALLY witnessed its' results and, in fact, I am considering purchasing this equipment for my home use.  I have referred many others to Dr Michael and they have all ALSO reported back to me about the wonder of the healing they experienced 

I also KNOW for a fact that Dr Michael IS the inventor of this scalar energy theory equipment;  thusly, the ones filing this complaint have to, indubitably, be the fakes and scammers in this scenario.
