Two toilets were ordered online from this company and at the same I ordered two coordinating toilet seats from the same vendor. The order went through, it gave me an order number, charged my account for the full amount and did not at any time through the order process come back and say these items are out of stock and will ship in 6 to 8 weeks. Every other vendor does this. It gives the customer the opportunity to decide whether they can or want to wait for the items.
The next day I received an email indicating that the toilets were on back order for 6 to 8 wks. I emailed them to cancel the order. They said in a reply I needed to call themto do that. I did and indicated that of course I didn't want the seats either. Kim the rep said that the seats shipped out immediately and that I would need to call them for an RGA number when I got them for return and that there would be a re-stocking fee. How absurd! Seats without the toilet.
This company would be on top of things if they realiezed you need a toilet to go with the seat. And since the seat is tailored for the toilet by vendor I guess I can't use the seats. Furthermore, I attemped to order several other kinds of toilets but they were all out of stock as well.
Looks like some false advertising to get you to order things that don't exist and when you order accessories to go with them, you're stuck with the charges.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately and filing a complaint with my card company. Very sad to see this is how companies deceive people.
